Aimee Elizabeth Lilles Zeff, formerly of Pullman, age 37, died peacefully, surrounded by family at her home in Sacramento, Thanksgiving morning, November 27, 2014. She was a third-year medical student at UC Davis School of Medicine in 2010, when diagnosed with pineal- blastoma, usually a rare, childhood brain tumor. After a stem cell transplant from her own stem cells, she slowly recovered and went into remission for two years. She and her husband Craig Zeff particularly enjoyed the summer of 2013 where they visited friends of Aimee in London and Munich and attended a wedding in France of Craig's close friend. Her doctors tried to get her stronger so she could have a second stem cell transplant but the cancer reoccurred in her spine in October 2013. She had surgery and some radiation but she had received the maximum amount of radiation. She was treated at UC Davis Medical Center by teams of doctors, some of whom she had followed on Clinical Rounds as a medical student. Aimee was born February 21, 1977 at Pullman, Washington to Linda Scott Lilles and the late David Louis Lilles, longtime Pullman High School teacher and Tennis Coach. She has an older brother Alex, of Pleasant Hill, CA and a younger sister Milena, of San Jose, CA. Aimee graduated from Pullman High School in 1995, with Honors. She played Varsity Tennis, Basketball, and was a Junior flutist in the Washington-Idaho Symphony while in high school. She studied with Ann Yasinitsky, Professor at Washington State University. She graduated from Washington University, St Louis, with Excellence in Anthropology in May 1999, receiving her A.B. with Honors. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key, and an Honors Anthropology society, Alpha Phi Omega. She spent her Junior year at University College, London, where she made several life-long friends. After graduating from Washington University, she returned to London to obtained a Master's of Science in Social Psychology in 2001 at London School of Economics and Political Science. It was her work at Seneca Day Treatment Center in Fremont, CA, as a Mental Health Assistant for several years where she found her passion for helping young people with emotional and behavioral problems. She decided to obtain further training and become a child psychiatrist. When people think of Aimee, they remember her smile, her kindness, and concern that all be treated fairly. She is survived by her husband Craig Matthew Zeff, Sacramento, CA, whom she married May 24, 2008 at the Presidio in San Francisco, CA; mother Linda Scott Lilles, Spokane, WA; brother Alex, Pleasant Hill, CA; sister Milena, San Jose, CA; her in-home caregiver, Uncle Roger Lilles, San Mateo, CA; Uncle Ron Scott (Linda), Oroville, CA; cousin Joe Scott, Oroville, CA; Grandmother Betty Scott, Spokane, WA; sister-in-law Kathryn Zeff Morales (Dio), Portland, OR; nephew Dionisio IV, Portland, OR. And Fox, Aimee and Craig's much loved Sheltie. Her maternal grandfather Harmon Scott, Spokane, WA and her paternal grandparents Pierre and Marie Lilles and Uncle Albert Lilles, San Mateo, CA, predeceased her. Aimee's family wants to express their great appreciation for the excellent care given to her by the medical and nursing staff of UC Davis Hospice, University Post Rehab, UC Davis Medical Center, and Aimee's friend and caretaker Jessica Hoyt. Memorials may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association. [br][br]Lucille Kinnear Moore passed from this life Dec. 9, 2014 after an eight-year struggle from the effects of a debilitating stroke. Born in 1923 in Seattle to Paul and Sue Giralmo, she was one of eight children. She married Thomas W. Kinnear, moved to California and resided in Palo Alto for 22 years. She remarried to Robert Moore, subsequently returned to Seattle and relocated to Spokane in 2004. A graduate of Franklin High School in Rainier Valley, recipient of the PTA Life Time membership award and founding member of the Northern California Highland Dance Association. Avid gardener, flower designer and golfer, she continued an active life-style into her 80s. She is preceded in death by both husbands, her parents and six of her siblings. She is survived by her daughter Lori Kinnear (Ken Briggs) of Spokane, one sister and many nieces and nephews. There is no service at her request. Donations can be made to St. Joseph Care Center or Spokane Valley Partners clothing or food bank.

[br][br]Angela (Punkin) went to be with our heavenly father surrounded by her family after complications from a surgery. She is survived by her loving parents, Janice and Larry, her two sisters-Glory (Tim) Shelp, Kristen (Travis) Bennett, brother Tim Wheat (Danielle), and a variety of family and close friends. Angela loved to travel, loved her family and adored the kids in her life or her "babies" as she loved to call them. She graduated top of her class and was pursuing her masters before she passed. We will miss you Ang. There will be a Celebration of Life for Angela at the Davenport Hotel in Spokane on January 2, 2015 at 4pm. In Lieu of flowers there has been a memorial fund set up at STCU in her name.

Joshua Voedisch was born on November 25th 1985 he was lovingly referred to as the million dollar baby. His journey into this world was a difficult one be he overcame the challenges presented and would continue to do so for the rest of his life. He was charismatic, eccentric, a gifted poet, talented writer, loving husband father and son. He always had a way of making others laugh with his witty and at times sarcastic since of humor. On December 28th 2014 Joshua passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 29 he will be missed by many. He is survived by his Wife Traci, Step daughter Jasmine, Mother Theresa, Father John, Sister Christina, Brother Mike, as well as his 8 nieces and nephews, his extended family and too many friends to list.

He was charismatic, eccentric, a gifted poet, talented writer, loving husband father and son. He always had a way of making others laugh with his witty and at times sarcastic since of humor. On December 28th 2014 Joshua passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 29 he will be missed by many. He is survived by his Wife Traci, Step daughter Jasmine, Mother Theresa, Father John, Sister Christina, Brother Mike, as well as his 8 nieces and nephews, his extended family and too many friends to list.
